  • Unlimited communication via phone and email in the month leading up to your event

  • Crafting of a meticulous day-of schedule for both you and your vendors

  • Provision of a detailed event checklist

  • Attendance at your wedding rehearsal for seamless execution

  • Coordination with all vendors, ensuring flawless collaboration

  • Confirmation calls with vendors in the month prior to finalize every detail

  • Distribution of the schedule to all involved parties two weeks before your big day

  • 11+ hour coverage with one lead

  • On-site supervision at both the ceremony and reception, ensuring smooth proceedings

  • Planner and one assistant

  • Lead planner acting as the point of contact for all vendors on the day-of

  • pick-up & drop-off of personal items upon request

  • Set-up & take-down of personal items

  • Supervise set-up for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, as applicable

  • Professional on-site styling of all: decor, centerpieces, welcome table, party favors, signs and personal stationery

  • Vendor management

  • Distribute final vendor payments

  • Monitor and manage timing of the full day

  • Handle all ad-hoc issues

  • Regular check-in's with the wedding party
